Broderie anglaise blouse and Welsh flannel maxi skirt

Black broderie anglaise long sleeved blouse with ruffles at the cuffs and high neckline.  Straight, Welsh flannel, maxi skirt with side slit in a broad black and white chalk stripe.  Available with a straight or ruffle and bow hemline.  Presented at the 11th London Fashion Week on May 3rd, 1964.
